• Law Firm Information: Name, email address, phone number, firm name, practice areas, and billing information when you create an account.
• Lead and Client Data: Information that potential clients provide when interacting with the Ella AI widget on your website, including name, contact details, and legal matter descriptions.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use our platform, including log data, device information, and analytics.
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely using Supabase, which runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure each law firm can only access their own data. No law firm can access another firm's leads or client information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• Twilio: For SMS communications
• Resend: For email communications
• OpenAI: For AI conversation processing
• Calendly/Google/Outlook: For calendar integrations
• Law enforcement: When required by law

6. Lead and Client Data Ownership

Law firms own their lead and client data. Retain'D stores this data on behalf of law firms to operate the service. Law firms may request export or deletion of their data at any time by contacting hello@retaindai.com. We will fulfill data deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate our platform, including authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.
